Marieke and i discussed the program in the weekend, the seating,. light, the place of the fatu bangi.. the performences and the visual art exposure. Now the program is set. Some of the names...Sombra will speak out and Tolin will be peforming, Diana Ferus from South Africa , Bongo Charley percussion, Raj Mohan on tabla..are some of the wan tru puwema artists. Visual art of Sri Irodikromo, Rinaldo Klas, Marcel Pinas, Sirano Zalman, Tosari and Marcel Pinas. Today phoned Bongo charly to accompany the evening and the words with his percussion.. and perform himself and yes...he likes it. It is inspiring how many people feel so close to us in arranging this evening and be part of it. Reina Kolf-Telgt met with us sunday, she will be the host of the evening. It was like even without words knowing exactly the inspiration we feel and we want to share this evening and the vibe we feel to make this happen. We ask a little contribution from our guests, a fee of 50 srd. Robins with his indigenous group will start the evening.. performing the indigenous ritual of blessings and good spirits. Friday i meet with Bongo to fill in the program regarding his music. He is a great percussionist and instrument maker. Ah, I have to call Marcel about the faaka tiki.. so off i go.. again on the telephone..... keep y'all posted. And Roberto is bizzy making the fatu bangi for under the palmtrees....soso lobi!
